Old turn of the century clinic and Doctor’s home with a inter-connecting 2d floor hall. Both the house and clinic are fully furnished and decorated inside and out. More than ample parking in the rear, enough for 4 vehicles. Unfortunately the playground and some of the BBQ area are in severe dis-repair. The house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a laundry – there is a half bath in the clinic. The extra large kitchen was designed to feed the patients as well as those in the home.
