A 4 story partially furnished house set along the river. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bath, Large Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room. 3 Balconys open to view the river, the 1st floor balcony also gives access by stair to the river for fishing. This lot requires a special placement of a 20×15 lot – A screen shot of where it needs to be placed is included, it must be the long way between the road and river so that the house and terrain will work properly.
I intentionally left the second floor family room as is so that the new owners can section it off as you like – add a study or game room or what ever. There are 2 childrens rooms on the 3rd floor, the master bedroom is on the top floor with it’s own bathroom.
The only custom content used in the lot is the UBER TOILET from EA, it can be substituted as needed.
It honestly was a spur of the moment house. I went through adding a bunch of lots in places I could find to put them on that side of the river and as I came back, for some reason I clicked on it and saw that it was almost to the water – heck with it, let me try one of them high foundation houses and I just ended up with that – no plans, nothing. Was a little upset because I could not put the stairs where I wanted but as it turned out, I honestly think it came out better. Yes I did use the 2 cheats to put things in but the stairs fought with me! LOL
Oh.. one thing I’ve been looking for but not seen is a letter L shaped stairs, I know the ones that Gosik has at TSR and the spirals, but I have not seen or found any that go up and make a 90 degree turn to the left or right only. I have had several houses where I ended up using Spirals or the 180 degree turn stairs in their place and have had to make adjustments to the floors above and below to use them.
