Bobo’s Retreat house by Santori

A comfortable higher end 2 story house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen and exercise / game room, all situated over a deep pool with fishing and 2 parking slots available. Enterior is furnished and decorated inside and out – there is even a small platform on one of the bridges to fish from.

Mini Farm by Santori

Although it looks like a normal house on a medium size log, this place is a farmers paradise! The previous owners left you with plenty of crops to harvest and a couple surprises. The house is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a large kitchen and living room. They left a kitchen table and a flatscreen tv in the living room with 2 fan lights hanging from the ceiling and curtains on the windows.

Old Doc Hollidays House by Santori

Old Doc Holliday lived to a ripe old age before moving on. The home he leaves behing is interesting to say the least. Some say that there’s a basement entrance hidden somewhere in one of the 1st floor rooms but no one has found it yet. The house is 2 story, has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, study, a waiting room and a clinic room. There’s 4 metered parking slots out in front and an old shed in the back.

Whippet Kennels big house by Santori

The dogs and owners have moved on to greener pastures, the house and surrounding land is now up for sale.

It’s a large lot with a fish breeding pond, fishing pond, dog race track and of course the 2 story house with attached 2 car garage. The new owners will be very comfortable, more than able to host large parties as well as many house guests. The house has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 laundrys, a study, large exercise room, the large kitchen also hosts a breakfast nook as well as breakfast eating area, the large seperate dining hall has plenty of room to feed many guests at 2 large tables and the huge living room is more than comfortable to relax after dinner. There is also a childrens play area outside the side porch.

The previous owners left their 2 cars: Dodge Charger and a 2010 Dodge Challenger and a custom Motorcycle as well.

Old Parker Place Twinbrook Swamps by Santori

Deep in the Twinbrook Swamps you’ll find this run down cabin. It’s a 2 story with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and living room, it’s also raised to keep it out of the yearly flood waters. With a little care and money you could convert this into a comfortable summer cabin with fishing right outside.

Believe it or not, there are NO Custom Items in this build!

SPECIAL NOTE:
This house was designed in the TWINBROOK World! The Elkhorn Fishing Park was REMOVED and the lot was changed to residential and this was built in it’s place! It will NOT work properly on any ohter world or location, it must be used as stated above.

Green Acres lot by Santori

Green Acres is a 2 part lot.

Part 1 is the old abandoned Shipping / Receiving Depot for the local farmers to bring their goods to town and also to pickup needed supplies. Because of the gas shortage in the 1970’s, the depot went bankrupt and was abandoned.

In 2000 it was rebuilt next door and again, due to the problems of today’s economy, it again went bankrupt and was abandoned a year and a half ago. It’s available now at a severely lowered price of only 39,888 fully furnished. It has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath and a Kitchen and Living Room.

This was built on a 40×40 lot on the Twinbrooks World, but can be placed on any world. I did not edit the elevation of the lot in any way, but on 2 sides there was a slight increase due to the location of nearby hills.

Westmyer House by Santori

Westmyer House was recently vacated and is ready for you to move in and setup to fit your needs. Each floor has more than ample room for large family get togethers and or parties. It is a 3 story, 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom. The master suit encompasses the whole top floor. The garage has spaces for 2 cars as well as 2 more in the driveway. There’s a large pool and also a large suspended deck in back.

Old Man Grey’s House by Santori

Old Man Grey was a recluse, a loner who did not get along well with others. His life style and home were simple and direct. Rarely did he go to town and never took care of his yard. It is a simple house, great as a starter.

It’s 2 storys (one story underground), 1 bed, 1 bath, one kitchen, 1 living room.

GrandView Hotel by Santori

The GrandView Hotel is a late Victorian Era Hotel set on a hilltop high over Riverview with a generous view down over the river, city and valley. The Hotel has ample parking, a swimming pool and BBQ area. The rooms are generous and each floor has a large spacious common area. Each floor also has it’s own balcony in the rear so that the view can be enjoyed. The first floor maintains a large spacious living room, large seperate dining room, large kitchen with it’s own breakfast area. The owners Penthouse has a very large spacious bedroom, it’s own private bathroom and laundry as well as very large balconys in the front and rear.

Please note that this lot has gone through some renovation since the posting of the original sneak peek screen shots.

Second note: one game house on the Riverview World had to be removed in order to use the lot for this Hotel.

The Old Doctor’s Clinic by Santori

Old turn of the century clinic and Doctor’s home with a inter-connecting 2d floor hall. Both the house and clinic are fully furnished and decorated inside and out. More than ample parking in the rear, enough for 4 vehicles. Unfortunately the playground and some of the BBQ area are in severe dis-repair. The house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a laundry – there is a half bath in the clinic. The extra large kitchen was designed to feed the patients as well as those in the home.

Pinehurst Cabin by Santori

My 1 hour and 43 minute lot – start to finish!

Pinehurst Cabin is a 1 story A frame type house in 2 sections with a wood deck inbetween. It has 1 bedroom, one bath, kitchend and living room. Outside the lot contains a large pond and bbq area.

Grandview Manor by Santori

This is another lot requiring special placement of a 25×25 lot on the Riverview World with a screen shot showing how to line up the placement prior to installing the house. It’s across the street from that 4 story farm building house thing what ever it is.. 🙂

The house is a 1 story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a large living room, study, and a 2 car garage under the kitchen/dining area. Please note this is my first attempt of a split level house on a hillside.

The house is partially furnished and exterior is partially decorated.

You know, the main reason I enjoy making these houses is that it is a challenge and I never know what I’m going to end up with. I have no plans for some of these houses, they are just spontaneous, but some I do have the house layouts ahead of time. GrandView Manor, Grandview Hotel, Riverview Manor, Pinehurst Cabin and a few others were just a lot that I started putting things here and there, constantly making changes till they just seemed to fit. Those that I furnished and decorated inside and out were this way, I never know what I’m going to put where, what color to make things or even what type of items to use.

It is a little upsetting that I find things I need are not in existence or that they are regulated at a un-named website, I don’t believe that this stuff should be paid for but if others want to do this then I have no place in saying anything about it.

As long as people enjoy what I make, that they are happy and having fun is all the payment I need. As long as I can make others happy and feel good, then I am happy and feel great that I’ve been able to help them feel this way. This has always been my philosophy of thought since i was in my middle teens. I just wish more or all people could be this way…
